Boards of Management
A Board of Management is elected every three years for Fatima & Felims. The Joint Trustees of the school – Bishop Leo O’Reilly Kilmore and the Mercy Order each nominate two representatives with the Chairperson coming from this quartet. Teachers nominate two representatives. The remaining two members are elected after a ballot of the parents of students in the school. The Principal of the school acts as Secretary to the Board. Meetings take place as required – usually about six in the year. Full training is provided for members of the Board who all act in a voluntary capacity and without remuneration.
